So, I arrived in Kuopio yesterday after a veeerryyy long day consisting of 3 flights! We got picked up at Kuopio airport (approximately 1 room big) by 2 student tutors, Maaritt and Aleksi, who are very nice! They took us to our new humble abode, Juontotie 3 B, flat 10! Helen and I are currently the only people living here, which is fine by us!
Today, I decided to make my room more homely. I put some photos up and bought a rug from the second hand shop for a mere €2.50! I think the fairy lights I brought with me also help! I'm very excited to begin exploring to surrounding greenery and lakes!
Getting used to euros and the time difference is going to be weird!
